	The effects of small habits compound over time
	Habits are the compound interest of self-improvement. The same way money multiply through compound interest, the effects of your habits multiplies as you repeat them
	We tend to always slide back into our previous routines when we make little efforts at adopting new habits for a few days and see no result
	A slight change in your daily habits can guide your life to a very different destinations from the one you’re currently headed…So, I’d urge you to learn the ways of those whose current life looks like the life you want for your self in time to come, and start adopting the very habits that took them there…
	Success is the product of daily habits (not once in a lifetime transformation)
	About your life right now, you should be far more concerned about your current trajectory (the direction/path you’re headed through) than your current results
	The PLATEAU OF LATENT POTENTIAL is a period where you work hard on a goal or habit, but see no visible results
	When you finally breakthrough the plateau of latent potential, people will call it overnight success
	Forget about goals, focus on systems…Goals are the results you want to achieve, systems are the process you’ll go through to achieve those results (goals)…
	Goals are not completely useless, they’re good for setting a direction, but systems are best for making progress. A handful of problems arrive when you spend too much time thinking about your goals and not enough time DESIGNING your systems.
	SURVIVORSHIP BIAS is when you only pay attention to the people who made it and forget to look at all the people who did the same thing but didn't make it.
	Everyone running a race wants to win a medal (which is a goal), but then, you see winners and losers… If successful and unsuccessful people want the same result (share the same goal), then it’s not the goal that makes the difference.
 Achieving a goal is only a momentary change, but creating systems (small daily habits) of continuity will make your life to maintain a consistent outcome that never changes. The moment you get this, you’ll start addressing causes of problems without just solving problems and leaving the chances of the problems coming up again
	When you solve problems at the results level, you only solve them temporarily. In order to improve for good, you need to solve problems at the systems level. Fix the inputs, and the outputs will fix themselves
	Its unlikely that your actual path through life will match the exact journey you had in mind when you set out. So, when you fail at stuffs, stop feeling like a disappointment, it’s only data, use that data to know the next steps forward. There are many paths to success, it makes no sense to limit your satisfaction to one scenario…
	When you fall in love with the systems (the price you pay) rather than the product (the results you get), you don’t have to wait to give yourself the permission to be happy. You can be satisfied anytime your system is running… “…who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross”
	“yo yo” effect is the process of you working so hard to achieve a short term goal, and after achieving that goal, you then stop all the activities that created that goal, and go back to your previous routine… That’s the arrival mentality that you need to kill out of your life
	Your progress is determined by your commitments to the process required
	Bad habits repeat themselves over and over again, not because you don’t want to change, but because you have the wrong systems for change. You do not rise to the level of your goals; you fall to the level of your systems.
	ATOMIC HABITS are little (intentional) habits that are parts of a larger system. Just like atoms are the building blocks of molecules, atomic habits are the building blocks of remarkable results…
	Atomic habits are a regular practice or routine that is not only small and easy to do, but also the source of incredible power; a component of compound growth
	Habits are a double-edged sword, they can work for or against you, which is why understanding the details is essential

Thank you Ardour. I love the way the course is being broken down.
We didn't just jump into the concept like that.
I really understood where influencer marketing is coming from and how it's important for brands.
Can't wait to see what the rest of the course has 😚

Chapter one of "HOW TO TALK TO ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME" Is a timeless piece. I learnt the act of public speaking comes effortlessly when you're not trying to fake it or try to speak perfectly, I should just be authentic and put in the right attitude. Speaking is supposed to be a communication between the audience and I, giving room for others to express themselves as a firm of feedback and not trying to enforce my "talk" on them.

★One major thing I learnt from chapter 1, Talk 101, eez that even talents need practice.
You can be naturally good at something however for you to be super great at it, you need to do it often because practice makes perfect.
